Alex Swain

Alex is a committed product, user experience (UX) and delivery executive with over a decade of experience leading ideation and implementation of new products in agile environments.

As Vice President of Design and Delivery, Alex works with our clients to define vision, scope and design for digital solutions and has led development of many digital banking applications including card controls, small business payments and overdraft management.

In his role, he manages projects through development and delivery; maintains an in-depth understanding of various user groups in order to develop scope, drive requirements definition, manage feature backlog and develop product roadmaps; and drives innovation through user-centered design using detailed mockups, prototyping tools, user stories, process maps and other supporting artifacts.

Alex brings an extensive history managing relationships with vendors, partners, remote technology teams and users to effectively engineer and deliver quality products. He also provides a comprehensive understanding of software development methodologies and experience managing SOA infrastructure, providing the aptitude to design, build and manage solutions.

Additionally, Alex holds a BFA in Digital Media Production from The Art Institutes and is a Certified Scrum Product Owner, a Pragmatic Certified Product Manager and holds a PMC Level III from the Pragmatic Institute.
